ROVER 3500 Auto with LPG
Description
ROVER 3500 Auto with LPG £2195 Call Alex 07759 046287 P6 Rover Owners Club Member I acquired this car with some spares I bought last year. The previous owner had owned it since 1990 and used it regularly including trips to France, though it had not been used for 6 or 7 years. When he first bought the car the original body was not a viable repair so he re-shelled it with a good solid unit. He also told me that both engine and gearbox were reconditioned. He always used LPG, and although the system works it does have one or two issues that need attention. Everything required for the MOT including the brakes all round has been done, and also repairing, cleaning and setting up the carbs that hadn’t seen petrol for many years. It will need painting (and possibly an OSF wing that has some minor damage, but it could be repaired) but the structure underneath is solid. Tan leather boxpleat interior is in very good condition, MOT till October but it will get another without too much trouble and free tax. Car lives in Burnley, Lancashire.
